I would like to stay how overrall disapointed I was with this facility. First of all, Dr. Martinez was Extremely rude to myself and my family along with majority of the staff. There were a few that was very kind, and respectful (Ruth, John, attending doctor for my mother in her final days (hospice). Every family member that came to visit her ended up in an argument with the staff about the lack of passion, noise level, and over loud laughter as she began to transition to our heavenly father. I am still so upset about the level of treatment we received. She was left on the bed toilet for well over an hour, yelling for help. My beloved mother passed on 1-29-2016. Please if you truly care about your love one last days, take them somewhere else.

I had to go from my mom's home to my husband's room because he needed to be repositioned i had called the nursing staff to tell them as i got in my car to go take care of him when I got there 4 9 minutes later he still had not been helped when i got there his right hand was hanging over the bed and iy was swollen he has a blood clot in that arm his toes were bent under his foot which was trapped next to the bed frame and his call button was 2 feet away from his hand of corse within 2 minutes of my arrival a nurse came in. When I told her that he had been waiting for 49 minutes she said she was in there just 20 minutes prior she was lying I was listening to everything in that room for 49 minutes. Then the nurse manager told me that my husband is a intense labor patient and that he had to rotate his nurses so that no 1 nurse would have to care for him cause he pushes the call button so much funny considering that the button was out of his reach

Get your husband out of there. My husband is no longer alive, even thought I pleaded with them to move him back to the U.
