My 21 year old daughter was flown there from a smaller hospital to get what we thought was upper level care in severe pain we were told she had multiple problems stayed in icu for 2 days never once seen an actual doctor then they kept saying they cant find anything wrong so out of icu to the overflow rooms this is were it got really bad nurses there should not even be working there they r very rude never got care got a 24hr intabiotic given twice in 24hr period than finaly we had enough and got her the hell out of there they didn't ask to help her out. just overall very very rude people that don't give a shit would not recommend this place for any one.

St. Mary’s cost me over $2,600.00 of out-of-pocket expenses on unnecessary visits to the coumadin clinic and extra doctor visits to fix their problem. Not to mention the thousands of dollars they ripped off from my insurance company. In one year, they had me visit the clinic 55 times for INR testing and I found out it should have been more like 12 times. They had my blood level so high and then so low most of the time; I’m lucky to be alive. When I finally figured out they weren’t the professionals I thought they were, I started having my primary doctor do the testing and he has had my level perfect for over three months now and I only get tested once a month instead of 4-5 times a month. Plus the fact, I am not at a very high risk for stroke or heart attack like I was when being managed by St. Mary’s Coumadin Clinic. When I complained to St. Mary’s about what had happened they wrote me back and said “Your chart was reviewed from a clinical standpoint; we feel that the care you received was medically appropriate. I’m sorry, but your request for reimbursement for out of pocket expenses has been denied.” Anybody know of a good Law Firm for something like this?
